We want you to love your EmberHaven diffuser. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Request within 30 days of delivery.
• Item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order email) required.

How to request

Email tombruzan@tcbmetalworks.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once approved (and the return received where applicable), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is free; return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement or full refund.
